Tips for registering with HiJob!

In your Employment Data you can add up to 3 jobs. “This point is very important!” At HiJob! we will send you offers related to those positions.

The first impression is what counts.
When you apply for a vacancy, the first thing the Recruiters see is your Profile.

Photograph.
The absence of a photo in your profile usually indicates disinterest, little transparency or lack of professionalism. The likelihood that someone will see a profile and stop at it, is increased 7 times if the photo is included.

Upload your CV.
Fill in the fields of your profile and attach a file. All this counts when it comes to being selected

Work Experience is the most important requirement in your CV. It is the first thing a recruiter will look for when evaluating your profile. Depending on what you complete there, you will be able to generate more confidence and provide some security at the moment of being selected.

Be very clear about what job you are applying for and refer to the tasks related to the position in your CV

If the opportunity presents itself, it may help you to use technical terms in your CV (not in excess) so that the interviewer can see that you have knowledge of the sector.

  • Be clear and concise
Try to summarise your work experience clearly

  • Order
Many candidates do not present their experiences in the right chronological order. The most important thing is to write your curriculum vitae chronologically in reverse, that is, starting with your last job.

  • Quantity
If you have more than 10 years of experience and you have had many jobs, you do not need to detail each of them. On the contrary, if you have little work experience, you can add your internships, temporary jobs, etc.

Your training and free time.
It is also important that you reflect your Studies. Both the officially recognised studies and the courses you have taken, as well as the centres where you studied them

If you speak another Language besides English, which you can also speak as a native, reflect it.

Your Skills. Make a list with all your skills

And finally, what you do in your Free Time.

FILL IN ALL THE FIELDS OF YOUR PROFILE!

All this will help you position yourself better with the companies that are selecting, and will help us find the job you are looking for.
